Job Description:The General Manager position instructs, trains, coaches and develops their staff to create an environment where enthusiastic people are recognized and rewarded for achieving both organizational and personal goals. The ability to train, guide and lead team members
The ability to work with a high degree of independence and discretion
The ability to work flexible hours
Works well under pressure and has strong problem solving skills
Good organizational, communication and time-management skills
