Marks Sattin Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for a CFO to join a PE Backed infrastructure business based in Yorkshire. The business is looking to go through a growth period through acquisitions and integration to further expand their business for a wider reach.The CFO will play an integral part in the role by working closely with, members of the senior leadership team, and the PE house to make key decision making and lead the established finance team for future growth plans.As CFO, you will take responsibility for the finance function through M&A, building and maintaining relationships across the company and PE house, creating and implementing all controls, processes, and procedures for further business growth, and key stakeholder engagement.The ideal candidate:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
