Qualifications:
South Carolina certification as required for the position or eligible for appropriate certification Master's Degree Minimum of five years experience as a teacher and three years as an administrator Excellent written and oral communications skills Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the board may find appropriate and acceptable Reports To:
Superintendent Job Goal To provide instructional leadership for the school; maintaining overall site operations; receiving, distributing, and communicate information to enforce school, district, and state policies; maintain the safety of the school environment; coordinate school activities; communicate information to staff; and address situations, problems and/or conflicts that could negatively impact the school.
Performance Functions Leads the instructional development of the school community, including alignment of the school, programs, instructional delivery, and evaluation strategies to expand and implement effective, quality teaching practices thus, impact student learning and achievement.
Communicates effectively with all stakeholders and creates a conducive, positive learning school environment for students, faculty, staff, and families.
Chairs meetings (e.
g.
, curriculum, safety, site advisory, special district committees) for the purpose of coordinating activities and ensuring that outcomes achieve school, district, and/or state objectives.
Composes a wide variety of materials (e.
g.
, quantity reports, student activities, correspondence) to document activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information.
Delegates responsibilities for a variety of administrative functions to administrative personnel and staff to ensure workload management efficiency.
Evaluates assigned personnel to ensure that standards are achieved and performance is maximized.
Facilitates communication between personnel, students, and/or parents for the purpose of evaluating situations, solving problems, and/or resolving conflicts.
Facilitates the development, communication implementation, and evaluation of quality learning to enhance excellence, equality, and equity for staff and students.
Implements policies, procedures, and/or processes to provide direction and/or comply with mandated requirements.
Manages school administrative functions (e.
g.
, facility maintenance, budget, staffing) to maintain safe and efficient school operations within district guidelines.
Presents information (e.
g.
, budget overviews, accounting processes, distribution formulas) to communicate information, gain feedback, and ensure adherence to established internal controls.
Represents the school within community forums for the purpose of maintaining ongoing community support for educational goals and/or assisting with issues related to the school environment.
Participates in meetings, workshops, and seminars as assigned to convey and/or gather information required to perform functions.
Supervises school personnel to monitor performance, providing for professional growth and achieving overall objectives of the school's curriculum.

The performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on the Evaluation of Support Service Personnel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
