Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and organized.
Applicants must also be able to provide quality, professional service to program participants including preparing and managing paperwork for move-ins, move-outs, annual re-certifications, monthly landlord payments, and month end closing procedures in a timely manner.
The HCV Coordinator is responsible for the administration of 233 vouchers.
The position will also require equal amounts of sitting and standing as well as light lifting.
The position may also require home inspections as needed.
The HCV Coordinator will also be required to pass the Housing Choice Voucher Specialist Certification within the first year.
In addition, there will be some travel for training.
This may be in or out of state travel that will require overnight stays.
